E. SHIPPING METHOD – TIME – COST

If you cannot be contacted:

– order with payment method “Cash on Delivery” will remain pending for three (3) working days. If the above period elapses, your order will be CANCELED automatically.

– order with the payment method “Deposit to a bank account” and “Credit Card Charge”, EXECUTED at the customer’s responsibility.

**ATTENTION Unconfirmed orders do not bind the selected product, therefore in case of late communication with the customer there is a possibility of stock exhaustion.

Product deliveries are made in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece through the courier company we work with within 1-2 working days, except for hard-to-reach areas of mainland and island Greece where it may take 2-3 working days.

The charges are as follows:

For deliveries in Greece, shipping is free (applies to all purchases and all products).

For orders outside Greece, the products will be sent via courier within 9 (nine) working days from the day of the order.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday are processed on Monday.

F. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Although the description of our products is detailed and you can form a complete picture of the product, you may finally find upon delivery that it is not what you wanted or that you did not choose the product. In this case, www.gioelle.gr gives you the possibility to return the product within a period of ten (10) days from its receipt and to replace it with another product of your choice or with the same product in a different weight or color. The new shipment/replacement of the product is charged to the customer at a cost of 5 euros, regardless of the amount of his order, and is only done with our cooperation courier (ELTA Porta Porta), as well as beyond the one return of the same product.

It is specified that the returned product must be in its original condition. Also, the packaging that comes with the product should be there, exactly as it was when you received it.
